It is highly likely the attack was from a Palestinian terrorist. Palestinian terrorists and Israel are enemies. The Palestinians in Gaza elected a radical Muslim government (Hamas) that practices extremely barbaric policies against their owrn people, including homosexuals. If we determine the specific bomb placer, this may be more or less connected.
