Ventienne Double Entry Tourist Visa

What paperwork is needed for a double entry tourist visa from Ventienne? Is it recommended to use an agent? Thanks in advance!

A normal visa application form/photos/copies should be it. Have not seen any report of agent helping except perhaps one day service through holes in fence type things. The less visas in your passport the better.

Go into the Embassy Compound in Vientiane mornings there is a box with visa applications fill one out, get a number from the machine first, bring a photo, hand over all documents to the window when called, return the following day pick up your passport and visa, you check off on the application what type of visa you are applying for. I was your agent, it cost you nothing other that the visa fee....

So there is no special paperwork needed to get a *double* entry? No exit proof is needed?
