PATTAYA: -- An illegal gambling event taking place at the front of a Boy Bar in Soi 13/4 was broken up by Pattaya Police just before 4am on Monday. A group of 10 men, who showed no regard for the law, by openly playing a dice game for money, were caught after local residents called the Police who soon arrived on-mass,
