Hello

Does anyone know with any certainty whether flights are leaving or entering Samui?

I was due on a flight this morning, but couldn't even get to the aiport due to flooded roads.

If I can get to the airport, I can at least stay in accomodation that is nearby.

In Chaweng at the minute, staying at First Residence, Bophut.

I know the roads are bad, but from what I can see are still passable with care.

Cheers for any help.

Someone i work with has just come back from the airport, due to fly this afternoon.

There are lots of people there since yesterday, all flights cancelled untill further notice.

Don't leave your accomodation would be my advice.

I've just heard the first plane take off.... Seems they started..

One plane tried to reach Samui from BKK, apparently, and aborted the landing and turned around, back to BKK.
