If i turn left out of Central chidlom by car onto thanon ploen chit, at what time of the day is the one lane going in that direction open?.

Is it all day or certain times?

Will be moving to around that area and would be easier to go in that direction everyday(around 5:45am) to get on the expressway than go in the other.

The police make the traffic pattern so confusing, the bestis to avoid the area or have a 200 bth ready for the police toll

Not sure exactly what time the sign goes up, but I guess it's around 5:00 or 5:30 but could be earlier. I leave my office in Witthayu at irregular times between 5:00 and 6:30. I don't recall not seeing it most times, and I go that way pretty much every day. You can turn left into Witthayu, then take the right just before the rise, it takes you round to the tollway, and is not too much longer.
