Possible foreigner fished out of Pattaya Bay

PATTAYA: -- Marine rescue services were called into action on Tuesday afternoon to fish a badly decomposed body out of Pattaya bay, near Koh Larn. The male had been dead an estimated 10 days and was severely decomposed. However, the rescue services said the person may have been a foreigner as he had a Christian-style tattoo on his upper left arm

This is the second one in a couple of months it will be interesting to see how he died , it would not be a surprise for this to happen over a jet ski dissagreement.
