Just moved to Ari station, specifically Pholonyotin 7 near Soi Ari 2. Where can I get my laundry done around this area? I don't have a washing machine yet. I walked around and looked, but couldn't find any places close by.

theres a place i think up phaholyothin soi 6.

There are several cheap laundry shops in the first small soi which runs between sois 1 and 2 if you are walking from Ari. They are not exactly on that soi. There is a sort of subsoi to that soi. Easy to find though, look for the drying clothes.
