Tonys Gym

Featured Replies

Tony's is currently promoting a B 14,999 "lifetime membership." The promotion is good for new and renewal sign-ups on 21 April only.

Don't know if this is a good or a bad (desperate) sign...one last chance to pull in a bunch of cash before shutting down the operation...or maybe Mr. T is having cash-flow problems :whistling:

His amazing new gym (Sport's World) seems very quiet. He's also f*****d up his Soi 16 gym. I wouldn't be surprised if he shut down. Opening and then closing unsuccessful business seems to be his specialty.

Yes, he screwed the soi 16 gym. No towels, water, aquarium, 2nd bench press disappears, and to top it off-he got rid of the swimming pool. Bad business because he had a nice steady customer base at 4000B a year, then he decided to expand.

The new gym on Naklua road has dropped its yearly rate to 4000B, and its drop in is 69B.

I do not trust anyone who will screw his customers

so I would not make any commitments until I see what is going on.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Where is this "new"gym on Naklua Road. I live in the area/ Can you give the name and location. Thanks

It's around Naklua Road soi 23...on the corner. A tiny satellite gym that's easy to miss.

Hi, do any of these gyms allow you to pay per day? i'm going to be in Pattaya for a week. I don't lift many weights, just want a gym that has elliptical trainer and treadmill. Thanks

Yes they all have daily rates...Tony's is B 200 I believe.

Tony's not going anywhere.

These specials come and go - it's been that way for at least 8 years that I know of myself.

It's just a seasonal thing.

He going all over the place. He moves gyms and equipment around all the time. One day you'll enjoy a piece of equipment, the next day it's gone. You'll settle into one gym, next day it's gone. No warnings, no apologies. He treats his customers the same way he treats his staff - like sh**t.

Well I think for the price he's charging, one could hardly expect much more...just having the large gym on 3rd Road open 24/7 is enough for my money ;)

He used to offer more. This time of year, having a gym open all night without aircon running is hardly much of a benefit to any but the most diehard trainers.

This place has got even worse, dumbells loose and weights falling off when used.......air con NEVER on...and the worst ever happened this week, staff that can afford to smoke 10 fags in 1 hour, asking me for 20 baht so he could buy some food............this place is an absolute cjoke

I notice the Tonys gym on 3rd roar has closed down the one just up from central Soi Boukow , then i walked past the Powerstation gym on soi 16 and that one seems to now be used as a car park with the land advertised as for sale, so i went to the small gym on soi boukow.

I never liked the by the junction of Pattaya Tai/ 3rd rd.

Any decent gyms left in town?
