Training Philosophy

• Size without strength is a shame.

• Strength without skill is a waste.

• Fitness is a skill you must practice.

Our kind of strength isn’t about seeing how much weight we can lift over our heads but instead allowing us to perform confidently and proudly in everything we do. And if we happen to look good doing it, that’s a side effect we’re prepared to deal with! We can do what we want, where we want, and whenever we want, without fear of injury, because our bodies deliver Gold Medal performances every day.

Rings One

Gymnastic rings training can look (and be!) quite difficult. The gymnasts we see at the Olympics or World Championships have trained daily for many years to get where they are. But how can the everyday person gain the benefits within a reasonable training regimen?

We designed this program to bring as many of the benefits of gymnastics training as possible to strength enthusiasts and athletes in other sports. Though lots of people may envy the strength of a gymnast, not everyone is interested in the sport of gymnastics. That’s exactly where Rings One comes in.

Paralletes One

Parallettes are a training tool used by gymnasts and many fitness buffs to simulate the training and skills on the gymnastic parallel bars. This simple apparatus brings amazing benefits for upper body strength, especially in pressing movements and core stability.

We designed this program to bring as many of the benefits of gymnastics training as possible to strength enthusiasts and athletes in other sports.
