Car Insurance.

I am reposting this in the General section if that is OK, no responses to date in the Real Estate, house and car ownership section.

My car insurance will be up for renewal soon and I am thinking of switching companies from Viriyah to Paiboon (part of the Thai Life Group).

Does anyone have any experience dealing with this company? Any feedback both positive and negative would be welcome. Has anyone made a claim for example. If so was it processed expediently. (Not that I am thinking of crashing mind). Do there operators speak English if you need to call them in the early hours. I have searched them on the web as far as I can, and am now after some direct feedback if anyone can oblige.

There quote was considerably cheaper that is the reason for changing companies.

Though quality of service is remembered long after price is forgotten as I seem to recall the saying goes.
