Advance - maajam? Key money - ? License to sell - ? And then there is the notorious "ginpao" - is this "key money"? It is two words put together? yoot Posted October 2, 2005 Share Posted October 2, 2005 Deposit - เงินมัดจำ ngern mát jam or เงินค้ำประกันngern kám bprà-gan Advance - เงินจ่ายล่วงหน้า ngern jàai lûang nâa or เงินจอง ngern jong Key money - เงินกินเปล่า ngern gin bplào or เงินแป๊ะเจี้ยะ ngern bpáe jia ( Taechew dialect but most of Thais understand this word.)
