Just returned from a trip to Pattaya. Last time I was there was about 4 years ago. I could not believe the number of Russian families there on holiday. Couples actually taking their kids for a beach holiday in Pattaya for god's sake! Somebody must be doing a good "snow job" (pun intended) on them back home to sell the place as a family destination.

I know we all have different needs and interests, but really, the only reason I can see anybody going to Pattaya is to monger and suck piss. Everything else you want to do in Thailand is much better in other destinations.
