Place To Play Trumpet In Bangkok

I've been in Bangkok about six months and I would really like to find a place to play trumpet.

I'm more of a classical player, large band or orchestral ensemble than a jazz/ska/improv player.

I'd be interested to learn more of the latter but I don't have experience in it, and memorizing music is not my forte.

I've played trumpet for a decade and I'm missing it dearly.

Any thoughts on groups that accept amateur musicians?

Finally did you manage to find one? Me too, interested but have not come across any group symphonic band for amateur adults.
