Nirvana were a decent band...

Nothing like a bit of 'Teen Spirit'

Years ago, I used to learn 10 words a day.

Now, I speak Thai and still learn about 1 word per week I guess.

What a load of crap - old guys have difficulty etc.

If anyone can't learn one word a day there is something wrong.

Pure laziness.

BTW, bangkok phil was nothing to do with mangosauce but bangkok mouth.

Well !!! aren't we a clever little boy then, did you not know ignorance is bliss.

We're in nirvana....

Apparently Nirvana is a verb, not a place. I always thought it was a state bordering on Mexico, which shows my level of bliss.

The term can also be used in a linguistic transitory state. Akin to the F*word......quite flexible and easy towards the mistaken usage.

I am Nirvana/nirvana, so therefore I am.

Perhaps not a place, technically, according to a romanized Euro translation.

If it's a place in your heart or soul. Or perhaps it's not.

Good news! More quality crumpet left for those who bother to learn the local lingo  .
