Can anyone recommend a good website with recipes and cooking instructions for making basic thai meals for 1 person such as Pad Ka Paow gai/moo etc and other simple dishes, thanks

Hi mate. i do not know a website but there are some 7/11 stores doing fresh single dinners. NOT frozen. just ready to put in the microwave. they call them Ezy choice.

they are pretty tasty too.

oh just reread it you want to cook yourself....why?
