Price For A Rai In Chantaburi

Recommended Posts

Hello there

I know there are many different factors when you talk about price for land.

But would love to hear what people have bought land for in Chantaburi and what they got.

Have bought 20 rais around 2 years ago, next to the biggest road. They had nothing on them and got them for 35.000 Bath pr. land.

Depends on what type of title deed the land had.

I was looking at land in Chan 2 years ago and it ranged in price from about 50/60,000 baht per rai right up to 300,000 per rai.

Location and deed held are factors, dont know where the biggest road is, details please.

The Location of the land we have now is, Saton, Soi Dao, Chanthaburi 22180, Thailand.

So just for a newbie like me. The land in average is more expensive here than in for example Udon Thani ?

Thanks for you help! Means a lot to me smile.gif

Ok I know where you are now, on the 317 north of Chan.

The land the mrs was looking at was near to Wat Kao Sukim, a bit closer to Chan than you, the land we looked at was either rubber trees or fruit farms.

The reason we didnt buy was we dont need 30,40 or 50 rai, we werent looking at a business, 4 rai tops would have been enough for us.

We were also offered land in Chan city for 500,000 per rai.

Again the only thing I can say is check your land deed, is a chanote (red)?

Can offer no input on prices in Udon.

If you have proper title deeds you got the land at a damned good price.
