We have a 2005 Honda Wave i125cc ( auto clutch) ; we are looking where we can buy the Manufacturer's service manual. We like to do our own maintenance on the mopeds. We'd appreciate anyone who has leads to websites, or address or phone numbers to vendors that sell them, thank you. We are located near Udon Thani city.

Do you need a service manual with Waves? Here is my Wave Manual:

Check the oil level.

Change the oil when its black and thick.

Replace things when they wear out or break (chain/brake pads)

Top up the brake fluid?

Bleed the front brake when pressure drops.

Adjust the rear brake via the butterfly nut.

Adjust the rear wheel position (backwards) to take up stretch on the chain.

Pump up the tyres?

Replace tyres when they are worn or you start getting lots of punctures?

Oil the chain.

Replace the spark plug when its difficult to start (gap 0.7mm?).

Wash the bike?

The Wave is called an Innova in Europe; do a google search for the proper manual

Parts manuals are very useful as they show how everything fits together (or in the case of Thailand how to put something together properly after Somchai has been at it; in all fairness not all Somchai's are bad; just alot of them). Its also useful for ordering spare parts.

I also replaced a piston and had a rebore done on a Wave 125 once.

Ok, thanks all, appreciate the feedback, parts manual would not work for us, need the service manual. Thanks for all the references especially the European name as that will help in my search.

I have a Platinum - 'OK, stop laughing !!!' which is a copy of the Wave.

May come in handy, as I can not source parts anywhere. Wave parts are close, but no cigar.
