if you cant find it at Big C or Home pro "dont ask,look for it yourself" add 50% water 50% vinegar and boil for 20 minutes ,wash out residues with light scrubber,do this every 6 months.I have a kettle which has a programme for this, i just add the water and vinegar.

I use vinegar as well. I think my grandmother taught me that trick. Although i don't use that strong of a concentration, maybe 25% vinegar.

Will try to find the HG descaler. Stays not switch on the Kettle when descaling in the instruction manual. (Princess kettle)
