saengsureeya
Did try to find the water heater on the Sharp website. Didn't show........ I don't know how old it is, but maybe it's a good idea to think of a new one.
Gik
the price tag for this model is 4500 baht. I'd better tried to repair this thing first.Maybe there is some minor problem or maybe not. Edited June 16, 2011 by Gik

DocW
Could always just turn off your breaker and take the 2 wires out, unscrew it from the wall and take it in to tuk om basement.
Basil B
Found this site, http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=th&u=http://www.ubmthai.com/leksoundsmf3/index.php%3Ftopic%3D45004.0%3Bprev_next%3Dprev&ei=90z8TbjeAoOs8QPg45yqCQ&sa=X&oi=translate&ct=result&resnum=2&ved=0CCkQ7gEwAQ&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dwh-434d%26hl%3Den%26rls%3Dcom.microsoft:en-gb:IE-SearchBox%26prmd%3Divns can not make much sense but seems a common problem, I think they are suggesting the may be a reset tripped, or it could be due to low water pressure, possible clogged up water filters, please be careful when working on such devises unless u really know what you are doing, if you get it wrong you run the risk of electrocuting or scalding yourself or someone else, the thing could even explode.
