I plan to use an Italian name for my new chocolate product. For some reason, I want the word 'de' to be included in the name. Lets use the name 'Rossi' as an example.

Should it be 'Ciocolato de Rossi' or 'de Ciocolato Rossi' ?

Since 'de' in this case means 'of', 'Ciocolato de Rossi' would seem to be correct.

(20 years since I learned Italian...)
