There were three others in the water hanging onto a rope cleaning the side of the boat. They all were having a hard time staying "UPRIGHT". That's what caught my eye. Would be difficult keeping balance I bet. Have to wonder at the "reasoning" behind that idea. Even a "half-wit" would soon figure that way made it harder. Amazing Thailand. Really.
