Looking for a little help. Coming down for the winter and am going to need a place to live. Will be there in Late October, had very good time last year. I lived on Patak Road near Lotus Tesco and that was good, but want something with small kitchen this time and with a better Bathroom.

Will be enjoying a long vacation back in Kata Beach, any help would be great. Thanks

Yes sorry about no price range something around 8,000 to 12,000 bht per month last year I had a place in Kata was 8,500 a month.That included A/C and fan w/ small kitchen and bath 1 bedroom. New to this forum and will try to be more together here in Hawaii. Aloha and Thanks
