3 times in as many days my posts have been removed. Not even an explanation or nothing.

I have noticed that this forum seems to becoming more and more a study of expats, an information gatherer for the powers that be rather than an outlet. People are allowed opinions, I understand you have rules to keep this place functioning but they seriously need reviewing. Anything worth criticising in this country gets deleted and why such a sudden increase in mods...???

Thaivisa you're great but stop acting like Hitler,

acting like Hitler? bit of research into what 'acting like Hitler' would actually mean, might not go amiss.

I can hear the pitter patter of little jackboots right now...

I can feel sympathy for the mods as they struggle to get to grips with the post-election landscape. At one level a change in the governing party may not bring much change in the real distribution of power. But the boundaries of what is publicly acceptable may shift. It was safe to espouse support for coups and extra-constitutional solutions in the post-coup period, but now the electorate has spoken might it not be prudent to pay lip service to the rule of law?
