Looking For Long Term Land Or Building Lease At Various Areas In Bkk

Hi all,

looking for either available vacant land plots, existing, disused or rundown buildings for conversion in several areas in Bkk. Ideally the land area would be 3/4 - 1 Rai.

Not necessarily prime real estate sites as the costs are way to high and unworkable but will consider any reasonable sites that would be available for a long term 30 year lease.

So if you have, or perhaps know somebody that is looking to secure a long term guaranteed income for the next 30 years from their land plot,old buildings suitable for renovation or demolition to rebuild on or have an existing business that is not a making a profit but you think would suit the requirements please let me know by PM and we can talk more.
