It's a small scale hotel on Nanai Road. Well managed (German), small pool area, well appointed rooms. Good value for money. Downside, location ... quite a walk to beach or central area of Patong.

About 15-20 minutes, depending on the heat. Motorbikes taxis are available, trip to the beach is 40 Baht, maybe discounted if you use them regularly.
