i do the same. my wife gets a fixed budget per month and she takes care of paying all the bills, food, shopping, etc. dont get me wrong though, that doesn't mean she has unlimited access to funds, i do check all expenses at the end of the month and make sure the bills are actually paid and money hasn't been spent for unnecessary things. so far, so good ..for over a year we've had this system going. but anything else, like my personal investments/savings she has no access to or even knows about them, most of them are outside thailand and i intend to keep it that way.

Yep works for me, the other thing I have going is I am a member of the VFW and the service Officer has the info needed to take care of the financail needs, she may have if, the bus doesn't miss me on the bike

Beyond that she really has no need to be involved in anything else, got have a stach for those vacations
