bright Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 Hi all, I am looking for a condo to buy and I've been wondering if soi 16 (close to Millenium Residence) and soi 36 (close to La Vie en Rose) have problems during heavy rain. kurnell Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 I lived in soi 36 for 5 years from 1997-2001 and they had some sort of flood preventon system in place then as in previous years the flooding could go right over the bonnet (hood for septics) of the car, and from memory it did not flood.
