I understand the rule about Thai/Foreigner condo ownership ratio.

But in a case where a married couple....one Thai & one Non Thai would have their name on the

condos ownership what would it be counted as? Thai or Foreign owned?

50/50 local and foreign owned. Foreigner needs bank documents showing he transferred money for the purchase into Thailand and exchanged by Thai bank.

thanks Trogers...yes understood but, my question is which half of the condo ownership quota is it counted as.

Foreign or Thai. Meaning if the foreign ownership is full will it be allowed/counted as Thai owned

I think I read sometime in the past on this forum that in a situation such as yours that the condo would fall within the foreigner quota.
