Recommended Posts

A Thai Family wants to adopt me as Son. I want to know about.

if i get the adoption what will be my Visa status?

After adoption I could back my country India and i will need Visa?

After adoption how much years it takes for nationality?

I am not an expert on thai adoption law, but:

I am sorry to say, but you will never get thai nationality through adoption.

being 25, you are too old to be adopted

why do you want thai nationality?

The Spouse That wants to adopt Child Should keep in Mind that

"both you and your spouse are at least 15 years older than the child to be adopted "

so, at 25 years old, are you legally a child?

out of interest, can you provide a link pls to your quote?

OP, apart from the fact that this is the visas and migration to other (than Thailand) countries forum; you have already asked this question in this topic and received some detailed replies.

Please remember that it is poor netiquette to post the same thing in different forums of the same site.

Therefore.....:mfr_closed1:

BTW, posting all in capitals is also poor netiquette; it's the internet equivalent of shouting.
