In Thailand, after the initial 60 day tourist visa can you get 2 extensions One for 30 days and another for 7days before leaving the country?

Extensions of stay can be gotten from any immigration office. A lot of rovinces have one, especially in tourist areas.

For the 7 day "extension" you might need to show a ticket out of the country.

let my get this straight.

foreigners are allowed 3- 2month tourist visas a year right?

that's a total of 6 months

does that means what is says.....6 months and your out for 6 months?

There is no official limit on number of Tourist Visas in a year.

Some consulates in the area do impose their own limits on how many they will issue though.
