ray23
Did you really have to invite him to Udon :jap: :jap: Even Eagle riders haven't been riding much with the current weather. Go to Khan Kean and you will see lots of riders on Saturday. I have a 110 for around town and a 800 for trips. I like them both also have pickup that works just great in the rain. I don't think I would care to ride in Bangkok even to the coffee shop
mrclough
I find it highly amusing that the OP uses the term "Sunday drivers" Where? I may have missed it but I can't see this term in the op.I can see "take their bike on Sunday". Is that what you mean? If you're gonna use quotation marks and call someone FAIL, at least get your facts right. Facts are right, read the title !! Double fail!!
Travelmate
To the OP if you like to ride. Then start riding and create threads about them. Hopefully over time you will have a large enough group with the same interests and time away from home. I have done 45,000kms in two years of riding around Thailand. It not easy to get a group together, as most have commitments. To work, families, and other matters. I also pop down the road for coffee and a chat. It still doesn't make me less of a biker. Just a chance to fire up the ole' girl and take her for a quick spin.
skybluestu

Get yourself up north, plenty of people up here with bikes and some of the best roads in Thailand. Here's a pic from yesterday's trip

I'm glad someone took some photos from yesterday. Thanks mate. Did you hear any news on the Fang trip today?

I think they went but I stayed at home as wanted time with my baby daughter (don't tell the OP!), will try and do that one in the next few weeks. BigBikeBKK
What a tool. My friends and I get out for rides at least 2-3 times a month. Sometimes it's a day trip, some time it's a week-long tour. Sometimes it's just to meet for beers in the city and watch MotoGP or SBK. Lately I've been too busy to edit pics and vids and post up trip reports, but been out on two fantastic tours recently as well as some track days. Kawasaki camping trip to Khao Yai- SuperBikeThailand tour to Chaiyaphum's Pa Hin Ngam and Sai Thong National Parks- With your attitude it doesn't surprise me that there aren't many REAL bikers who want to ride with you. Happy Trails! Tony

arnoldjr
This is Thailand; image is everything? That's part of the problem. So many people just wanna have the image. If you bought a bike to look cool you might as well just sell it and use the money to buy a shirt that says "I'm a f*cking poser!!"

katabeachbum
At least they rode their bikes to the coffee shop here in the states they put their harley on a trailer and call themselvs bikers. I call myself lazy biker. Why would I spend 2 days riding bike to Nong Kai, when all I actually want is to ride around up there, but travel in comfort? So we load one or tow Ninja650 in the truck, travel in comfort, and load them off for fun anywhere anytime one bike off already, one going off 2 weeks, 4.000km on the truck, 1000km on each bike
