In the U.K. most shoe repair kiosks do them but where would you go in Sukhumvit?

They are usually worn with business attire or on a doctors coat.

Try "Office Centre".

Not sure, but they seem to have many, similar, items/services.

There are many Office Centre shops in BKK.

One in central Silom, directly across from Patpong.

Another at Phrom Pong, underneath the BTS station, North side of Sukhumvit Road.
