Dslr Camera Sensor Cleanlng

Featured Replies

Seem to have some dust that needs removed

There is a pro shop in Suratthani (mostly Canon), affiliated to Foto File, nearly opposit Thaksin Hospital, with a very nice and helpful owner.

I suggest DON'T do DIY cleaning or give to any I-know-how-to-do Samui technicians due to the risk to irreversibly damage the sensor.

I just shipped my Canon to Canon Repair, for cleaning, it starts off going to Surathanni and if they cannot do they ship to BKK....

The last time I did it a couple of years ago,, it was very reasonably priced.... It took about 2 weeks...Hope the same this time!

I use Sirenson Shop, near Makro, they pack it and send it (200 baht) give receipt too.... a lot cheaper than probably making two trips to Surrathanni! (take and pickup when done.... )

Go to the girls at the service / till counter in the middle of Sireson.... found them always to be very efficient....

Agree do not try to do yourself!

It's Canon, they send it too, from what I understand. They have a sub branch in Surrathani, where they can make some repairs etc.... otherwise ship to BKK.... at least it works and saves

the hsssles....of going your self, but sure one could ship to Canon directly....too.

Correction on spelling of SIRISEN!!!!
