Rimmer Posted September 28, 2011 Share Posted September 28, 2011 Two students accused of necklace snatch from Russian Tourist in South Pattaya PATTAYA: -- Two men were arrested at a Gold Shop in Soi Beokeow following a necklace snatch involving a Russian Tourist. Police were initially called to Soi Yensabai in South Pattaya on Tuesday Afternoon where they met with Miss Dilafruz Artibeava aged 28 who was clearly distraught after having her necklace taken from her by two men on a motorbike who came up beside her on their motorbike as she walked along the street. Police took a description of the two men and a partial license plate number and stationed other officers and volunteers at Gold Shops around Pattaya on the lookout for the two men.
