PATTAYA: -- Flood water continues to cause havoc in some parts of Pattaya where residents are urging the local government to step-up their efforts and help them overcome this continuing crisis. Parts of the North Pattaya and Naklua area are still under water and the fear now is that the dirty water could cause health problems. On Saturday Morning parts of the main Sukhumvit Road in North Pattaya and many of the side streets in the area were impassable.
