Anyone know if this is scheduled maintenance or just bad luck?

Power off in Maenam last night for around 3 hours or maybe longer and off again tonight.

Everything OK on my Soi, but there was some good bolts of lightening and thunder earlier in the evening, perhaps the cause?

Lots of coconuts dropping their fronds too... perhaps some thing caught in the wires?

I doubt they would do scheduled maintenance in the evenings....?

I doubt they know what maintenance is and even if they did they wouldn't know what schedule is.
