Just got - 13.03 pm - an SMS from FROC (Flood Relief Operations Centre).

But my handphone does not "read Thai...only but little rectangles and what I think may be a timeframe: 8.00-21.00.

Anybody out there who might have received the same message and who would know what it is all about?

Got an SMS too. In my limited understanding of it, I believe that they are asking if you want to help out filling sandbags at Don Muang. BD

Above is correct, it basically said it needs people to help pack at Don Muang from 8am to 21:00.
