Fair To Let The Centre Flood? Stupidity

Featured Replies

To all you (stupid) people who thinks it is "fair" to let the inner city of Bangkok flood:

1. It is not about rich vs poor, many rich people live outside of the inner centre of Bangkok, many poor people live in the centre of Bangkok.

2. And most importantly, if the inner centre, business district and air port is flooded, everyone will lose, and Thailand will be screwed ten times more than if it is saved.

Food, water and help from the outside, even though sometimes not enough, will be almost totally cut off, so angry people trying to destroy in order to let the inne centre of Bangkok flood as well, will cut off the branch that they are sitting on. Communication, fresh water, and the ability to help victims will be reduced to a minmum if everything will be flooded.

I heard some politician said they wanted to educate people about these things, but so far, there seems to be very little education, just take a look here on thaivisa, probably half of you do not understand and fail to see the big picture, and typically western style, we always have to refer to it as a class war.

Try to see the big picture.

there is already the exact discussion taking place on an existing thread with a poll.

please share your views there.

cheers
