Hi, a quick question about the Immigration at Samui Airport,

I have a overstay of just over 1 year, i need to fly home to England at the end of this month and was wondering, What are the chances of me being detained at Samui airport when i go to fly to KL to connect with my flight home?

I have the 20,000 to pay the fine, and was hoping someone has been in these shoes before when trying to leave Samui Airport.

I have heard lots of stories that differ greatly when it comes to 'overstay' and i don't want to miss my flight as all in all it will cost over £1000 including the fine to get me home and that has took me an age to save that much up.

Honestly, very annoying. Makes a farce out of people trying to do the right thing, getting the right visas & so on.
