Are you asking if it is a good route or if you may have a flooding problem ??

Either way its OK.

No flooding yet. Even if there is if you're at the airport you could jsut take the airport link and then the skytrain to Ploenchit station and walk. Skytrain won't flood and if the street does it's a not a far walk from the station to the embassy

the water is gradually making its way to Din Daeng area, but not there yet. At any rate, from the airport you take the elevated expressway until the offramp to Ploenchit/Sukhimvit, so should be ok for a day or two more.
