beano2274
Today I need to get more trips on my Smart Pass, luckily enough they had expired prior to the floods. But, what happens to those people who purchased either a card or more trips, and then could not use them because of the floods, will they get a rebate? Luckily enough MRT operate using the money stored system and seems not to run out within 30 days.
Xonax
Last year, when the Red Shirts attempted to burn down Bangkok, BTS offered a refund of unused trips, but then service was cancelled for several days. This year during the flood, BTS has been operating almost normally, so why would you expect a refund?

Yes, I suspect that would be their reasoning this time - "We ran the trains, what were you doing?"
