Customer Support Representatives (Female Only)

We are looking for Native English Speakers who have a pleasant personality and experience in sales or customer relations skills to provide sales support for a mobile software company. You will be providing product and sales support, primarily by phone, but also by email and live chat, to customers in the USA and Europe. Our target market is mothers with young teen children, so we are looking for a female voice to talk to our potential customers in the U.S. and U.K. The work does not involve sales, but being able to answer questions from potential customers about our products. You must be able to work weekends and night shifts, including holidays on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

• Native English Speakers Only (Prefer U.S., but will consider Native English Speakers from Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand and South Africa)

• Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

• Prior work experience in sales or customer support

• Comfortable with mobile software

• Able To Work Night Shifts, Holidays and Weekends

• Patient, understanding and calm attitude when dealing with customers

• Interacting with development teams to make sure customers are happy

Starting salary is negotiable, but is at least 52,000 baht per month.
