Deposit Accounts : Bank With Best Rates ?

Hello,

I’m looking for a bank purpose an interesting rate interest, i want to deposit some cash for a few trimester, which bank do you advise me ? I saw this advertising http://www.bangkokbank.com/Bangkok%20Bank/Personal%20Banking/Investments%20and%20Fixed/Fixed%20Deposits/Pages/5Month7MonthFixed.aspx but it seems that people holding non immigrant visa like me because I have a thai wife visa, can’t open this account.
