Rimmer Posted November 30, 2011 Share Posted November 30, 2011 A Russian shoplifter Mr Kurchenko stole a toilet-brush at Homeworks DYI & hardware store and was arrested immediately after the staff became suspicious and watched the CCTV footage. Pattaya, November 28, 2011[PDN]; Pol. Lt. Vitsanu Chaisuwan, Pattaya police, was notified about a foreigner detained at Homeworks department store accused of stealing a toilet brush. At the crime scene the police found Mr. Ritthisak Jannuch, the staff of HomeWorks with the detained thief Mr. Denis Kurchenko age 25, nationality Russian, with a toilet brush name brand Rembrandt, model 980.60.312, chromium color, value 1,560 THB. Upon investigation Mr. Ritthisak, said that, Mr. Denis, the suspect entered the bathroom equipment section walked around for a long time and left the store without buying anything. The the staff consulted the CCTV. The footage showed Mr. Denis stealing the toilet brush and hiding it in a carry all bag.
