Phan Fa Pier Open?

Featured Replies

I recently noticed that the pier at Phan Fa is closed and there is no date posted on when it will be reopened. I normally take the boat from Pratunam to Phan Fa for work but that line is currently closed. Does anyone have any idea when it is scheduled to be reopened? Any information would be greatly appreciated,

As this is Bangkok related, how about we move this over to the Bangkok forum? ;)

HOW ''recent'' is this recent? Some teacher who now worries about tomoroow when schools reopen? There WAS indeed a few days in nov. when-believe it or not-THIS section of Saaen Saep did not allow the boats to ply, as thewater was too LOW-in fact this was forethought (a rare thing in Thaild) by the BMA to have space for the then expected upcoming flood deluge. Since then it has all been normalised. And its no big deal: currently traffic is not bad at all and you swish by in a nr 2, 79 or 511 bus from WTC-till Phan Fa and even on-to save you that cumbersomwe walk-in less time as those boats in stinky waters.
