None Immigrant B Question

Featured Replies

I currently have a non imm. B visa that runs out early next year.

I am planning to go back to the UK for a holiday and renew my visa but can I just reapply for this visa agian under the assumption that I am looking to work or set up business in Thailand. Will this be ok as long as I have a letter from a company sponsoring me?

I am 32 and am currently not working in thailand so I do not need a work permit. I do not mind having to do the visa runs every 90 days but do not want to have to do them every 30 days this is why I applied for the none imm. B visa in the first place before I come to live here from the Hull consulate.

Also if I leave Thailand and re-enter a day before my visa runs out will I get another 90 days, giving me 15 months in total? I ask this so I know when to book my ticket for my holiday in the UK as I really do not want to go in the dead of winter.

All advice greatly apperciated.
