Yes, okay, the only pussies in this story are the Russians.

From what's offered to us in the original articles, I gather that the girls faught back when Russians had them by the throat. With their lives at risk, they do whatever they can to survive.

If so ...

1. Book the Russians for assault and sentence accordingly.

2. Bill them for medical expenses for all four.

3. Deport them on completion of sentence and expenses paid. Stamp the passports to deny re entry.

4. Caution the girls with advice that it is wise to inform customers of their gender status. (They keep their 1000 Bht)

:cheesy:

I heard stories like this, and they always happened to "a friend of a friend". I always thought these were urban legends.

Not an urban legend, rather the reason that it's always a "friend of a friend" is that most hetero males would be embarrassed to say that they took a tranny back to their room.

If they did that my mistake, they'd be too embarrassed to even tell the story. If they did it on purpose, they wouldn't even tell the story... Hm.

I've heard the story told in the first person before.

Good for you.

A man, impersonating a girl, with the intent of tricking a customer into sex ?

Totally unacceptable.

Reasonable on the face of it.

However, sometimes customers subconsciously want to be tricked.

Isn't this the same logic as practiced in Japan (now) and the USA of 40 years ago in rape cases? "Even though she said 'no,' she really meant yes--like most women, she wanted it.'" --therefore shifting blame to the victim? whistling.gif

I wholeheartedly agree with PaulJones: Totally unacceptable. annoyed.gif

No, nothing like it at all. No rape involved. What I meant that some straight men are curious about same sex adventures on some level, but can't even always admit it to themselves. So some of those types will be drawn to TS people to explore this.

Jingthing is right. Besides, trans gender/transsexual people can not be simply dismissed as impersonators. An "impersonator" would be the comedian Barry Humphries with his character "Dame Edna", and perhaps some lifestyle "cross dressers"

Sex industries on the scale as it is in Thailand, grow out of lack alternative employment together with gross financial inequity.

What I find unacceptable is sex tourism, full stop.

These ladyboys probably got off very lightly. Just imagine if a ladyboy decieves a real nutcase into thinking that he is a she. The act of deception can be a very dangerous game and a ladyboy/s could find themselves beaten to death if they do it to the wrong person. It's happened before.

Memo to tourists -- squeeze the fruit before you commit to purchase.

(Hey, those two Russkies are very cute. They should be the ones to demand payment, in a better world. Just saying.)

They aren't cute, just young.I was much cuter than them at that age.Actually, still am.

What I love about this story,is them reporting to the police that they 'Purchased Prostitution', which is still illegal technically, even in Pattaya. And these neophytes only wanted a refund when the gender was misrepresented.

When in the word except maybe Amsterdam would you report this 'activity' to police???

TIT. Let the punter beware!

2 Russian guys were beaten and severely injured in Pattaya Hotel

2 Russian guys bought sexual services from 2 ladyboys but when they discovered that they were not real women, they asked for their money back but were refused. Did you see the lady boys in the photos? Was there ever a doubt? I am not sure they could have been mistaken for "ladies" under any circumstance. I think there are some ladyboys that are beautiful, and have the features of a woman. These two do not qualify. You would have a hard time convincing me that these guys did not know what they were dealing with. How many fifths of vodka would you have to drink before you would make this mistake? Sounds like they were out for an adventure, and just decided in the end they were not up for the sausage.

btw, just a question, Is that what the Russians are wearing the normal evening wardrobe now in Pattaya ? :jap:

dam_n, it must be hard to be a policemen sometimes there if you have to deal with guys like this

For anyone reading this far in order to actually get any useful information, the generally accepted practice in such an event is to:

remain polite and respectful

refrain from implying that they intentionally intended to deceive you

state clearly that you made a mistake and didn't realize their physical sex

explain that though of course they have the right to (blah blah) you personally prefer not to swing that way yourself

apologize for wasting their valuable time

offer to compensate them to a reasonable degree - light-hearted and polite negotiation follows

usually a reasonable compromise can be reached with no hard feelings and off they go

if they play hard ball and/or you were silly enough to pay up-front (usually a huge red flag in Thailand anyway)

then you go ahead and pay up as if they had rendered their services and chalk the loss up to a relatively cheap lesson learned

Any other approach is likely to be much more expensive in the long run, and would quite possibly be quite dangerous.

If you fancy yourself a gangster type and enjoy a bit of the rough and tumble then of course feel free, in which case you're getting good value for your money and headaches anyway 8-)

No doubt you speak from considerable experience

People in the USA used to buy televisions and use them for 'the big game' then return the TV the next day. Girls would buy a dress, wear the dress for a 'big date' and then return the dress for their money back the next day. This return policy of stores was abused to get something for nothing all to often. I have to wonder how many times these two guys where 'fooled' in the past and actually got their money back after the sex was performed " OH, you not real girl " ??? I find it just as easily to believe these two guys were scamming LBs all the time. In any case, they made a deal and owed the money.

Instead of Spaghettios that got Putinesca sauce and limpweenie pasta.

A friend of a friend of mine took 2 girls back to his hotel one night on his first holiday to Pataya. When he woke up in the morning he thought he had won the lottery!..........They had 6 matching balls! :}

I think this particular question has been debated to death, both here and other forums.

But the answer to your question is N. Being attracted to TV/TS's and being gay are completely different.

By definition - no. If you bang a guy in a dress you're not banging a guy therefore you're not gay. I know it might be a difficult concept for breeders to get their heads round but gay guys like guys - not guys dressed up as women.

If I bought a vacuum cleaner from a store and took it home to find that it did indeed suck up dirt but there is an attachment that I did not notice before, can I get a refund even if the vacuum cleaner performed as promised?

Looks like the Russians had a lot of fun, before they'd realized that they couldn't get their money back.....jap.gif (Lol)

That''s great, isn't it, having their names plastered all over the internet describing their unintended tumble with ladyboys....their mates and girlfriends in Russia will be really happy to read what they were up to in LOS. Come on Thaivisa, is there really a need to publish people's names? Very insensitive.....
