Shanghai Stock Index Falling Fast

The Shanghai Stock Index seems to consistently slope downward and trading in ever thinner numbers. Usually stock markets are good at taking the temperature of the general economy.

Are we starting to see early signs of financial crisis in China and how would that effect Thailand?

I don't see the Dow Jones sloping downwards, it has kind of been side stepping for a long time.
