I have a strong conviction to voicing when and where on occasion of getting poor or lacking service however equally believe that when one does get good service its proper to make that also known.

I have an Airoh mathisse Rs helmet which is just a great helmet but linings need renewal.

contacted Airoh italy and found out they do not have a distributor in Thailand and no they wouldn't sell me direct... just wanted to get new linings... they said they would try and find someone for me which I fully expected to never hear from them or the " someone they found" again.

Within an hour Khun Saim of Panda Rider pops up in my inbox asking how he can help.

Turns out he has the required linings in stock, one simple bank transfer later and they are being delivered to me in BKK.

Nice service and follow up from Airoh italy and also great follow through by Khun Siam Panda Rider.

Its nice when it all works.....
