I'd ask you to apologise rij but I'm too busy handing out Ploughman's lunches to the proletariat.

What part of China you from?

the communist bit. confusing this isn't it?

The likes of Milliband know bugger all about socialism in capital form or otherwise.

You losing the plot smokie, you said the above and then tongue in cheek said 'Rij....I could call you an idiot. Then you would have to disprove it in some manner would you? so i offered you the links, but NO!!! according 2 u they prove nothing

he's the son of one of the uks maybe even the worlds, post war prominent socialists, his bro is the labour party leader, his mother and her family were chased out of europe by fascists , he studied politics at oxford and has a master in politics, then he works 4 the labour party, and still that according to you in terms of being qualified to speak about socialism 'nothing'!!!!! really!!!!!! honestly smokie clap2.gif !! and if you see the use of the term macduff up there with being a fascist, I'd apologies but it sort of sums your argument up,,,, lost in platitudes. \and as for the dic's story being nonsense, all he needs to do is say he AINT A FASCIST, then its end off!!, but the longer he doesnt IMO the longer the story will build.

.

Well thats the fluffy most one sided view of the Millipedes.

How did he manage to get into Oxford with such failure grades at A level?

Ralph was a Marxist. Dave supports terrorism http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2009/aug/17/miliband-terrorism-menzies-campbell

I could go deep into this but i dont have the time or the inclination to educate you, this family are vile the mackems are best rid.

But then again you maybe right about him being a socialist, 150K for 15 days work at the Mackems is most definitely the going rate for a snout in trough champagne socialist.

it isn't just the time and the inclination you're lacking i'm afraid.

I think you will find it is against Thaivisa regulations to alter other people posts.

Please educate yourself about the circles this family mix with, but then again you "socialists" do like to deny a hand in front of your face.

If a football manager had come out as a Marxist i bet none of you on the loony left would have been so insensed, just shows your brainless hypocrisy.

I guess I'm not the only one who predicted this.

A new hired football manager has prompted a discussion about Fascists, socialists, posh communists, nepotism, China, and politics in general.

My only hope is that Sunderland drop.

I never forget the taunting after last match, last season.

Nevertheless, Di Canio will create memories.

Forgot to mention, it also prompted a Pissing Contest.

He's a polarising figure.. It's the nature of the man.. It stopped him playing for Italy and being a bigger name than he already is. I know I hated him before he played for us. Now he's in my top 3 of all time favourite hammers.

ah, but at least we "socialists" know the difference between socialism and communism. i don't think you do, hence your accusing david milliband of being a communist. the very notion that anyone to do with tony blair and new labour has anything whatsoever to do with socialism, never mind communism, is as offensive as it is a million miles off the mark.

it is though quite funny to read you lobbing the word nepotism about when the current british government is comprised of 23 millionaires and half the bullingdon club.

now go away and look up the definition of 'communism' and see how it squares with getting 150k for 15 days' 'work' at a community-based enterprise.

Is that the aristocrat Anthony Wedgwood-Benn, 2nd Viscount Stansgate and one very rich socialist that lives in a mansion in holland park?

no carmine, it's the one who abandoned his hereditary viscountcy so he could sit as an MP and who lives in a flat. and who is about the only sane voice still left in UK politics. the one who fights tirelessly for the NHS and for poor people's rights. come on man, you're usually better than that.

I suggest you read "Animal Farm" and you will see that 150K for 15 days work is about the going figure for your leading socialist.

Orwell wrote 1984 and used British Socialists as his inspiration, Nulabour used it as a guide book on how to run the country.

I think it is about time you "cock fighting" highjackers take your quarrel into another thread.

why? it's an interesting thread and subject. extreme political beliefs in english football, it's a hot potato that the rest of the mainstream media seems to be discussing in great depth at the moment.

But this entire story is about someones political views, thus the comparison between his and the Marxist that is Millipede.

Maybe the FA should ask every footballer their political views and those who don't agree with the left wing should be banned from the game ... as that is what theyre effectively saying in Di CAnios case.

He was also a dissenting voice whenever New Labour took us into war. Priveledged he may be, but he has principles.

i've read animal farm thanks. and you might have done too but apparently you still didn't learn the difference between socialism and communism.

and, again, and i'll say it slowly this time. blair's new labour project had nothing to do with socialism. it was as conservative in its policies and in looking after the wealthiest rather than the poorest as pretty much any conservative government that had gone before.

But back on topic, I never liked Sunderland much when they had Keane or Reid in charge, but I'm going to find myself wanting them to do well now. I hope they stay up, whereas I didn't previously care.

because he's an old-school socialist who believes in looking after the poorest and most vulnerable first. as you say, privileged his background may have been but his actions ever since have been those of a total and utter anti-conservative.

Who got his son a job in Nulabour without ever doing a days work in his life .. other then in the Unions. And was privately educated.

Yes he's all for the proles, just so long as he doesnt have to mix with them.

Those books are used to determine what leading socialists are really like, it is part of the debate.

Apart from privately educating his children and getting them jobs through his contacts.

It is just too hard not being a hypocrite when you're a champagne socialist.

cheesy.gifw00t.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gifw00t.gif the only accurate thing I can gleam from your last post 77, is your not very bright.cheesy.gifw00t.gifcheesy.gifw00t.gifcheesy.gif

That'll be "You're or you are".

Clearly you're a genius.

Well done, we've established a spelling mistake clap2.gif but I'm still waiting with baited breath for you to give us this extra knowledge you constantly talk of!!!

Seems to me you guys are sparring by using the cleaverest phrases about whether Millibrand is a commie, or socialist, or champage commie.

how's that looking up the differences between socialism and communism going? only a true right-wing nutjob would ignore all the actual work that tony benn has done for people who need help to focus on where his son went to school. we've already established that the family was old money and privilege but you continue to ignore what tony benn actually stands for and what he's actually done.

i'll have to assume you're a dyed-in-the-wool tory and are beyond help then. no point discussing further with you really. what football team do you support though out of interest?
